For Smartflight to quote for your travel insurance, please follow this instruction:
1. Email Smartflight at smartflightgm@gmail.com of the following:
a. A copy of your booked flight and/or tour itinerary showing the travel dates and different cities, provinces, or countries of destinations.
b. A copy of 1 government issued ID showing full name, date of birth, and home address.
c. Indicate in your email your beneficiary (name and relation). The beneficiary should not be traveling with you.
d. A proof of service fee payment of Php 500.00 either a scanned or screenshot of your QR Code payment to Smartflight, GCASH at 09173323232, or bank-to-bank deposit or transfer to BDO Peso Savings Account NO. 001810393939 with account name Cherrie Anne A. Miguel
2. Expect within 24 hrs for a reply.
NOTE: Travel insurance cost is a separate payment to the service fee. We can quote for your travel insurance cost within 3 business days from the day of your email and notification of availing the service so long that you have given Smartflight the complete details of your trip as required above.
